Kacey Butcher

Mr. Kacey L. Butcher currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for WestWin Elements, Inc., and is responsible for leading and executing the overall fiscal operations of the company. He possesses over 15 years of relevant experience as a senior finance and accounting executive with a focused emphasis in capital structures across private equity, venture capital, and traditional debt markets. He has worked in a multitude of diverse engagements across (4) continents, assisting organizations scale their accounting and finance functions to an elite status through deployment of innovative strategies and utilization of applicable data driven decisions.

Prior to serving on the WestWin team, Kacey relocated to California and spent time in the United States Marine Corps where he served on active duty as a Reconnaissance Marine. After completing his responsibilities, Kacey and his family moved to Oklahoma City where he worked in the Software as a Service industry and served as an industry professional focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and growth capital sourcing opportunities geared towards operation in high growth environments. While employed full-time, Kacey completed his Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Kaplan University and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University. Kacey also is a graduate of Harvard Business school where he earned a certificate in Financial Accounting. Most recently, Kacey was employed in the wealth management and financial services industry where he focused on architecting leveraged buyouts through implementation of debt capital structures.

In his spare time, Kacey has volunteered and served as a judge as well as mentor for the Walton Family Foundation scale challenge and has contributed as an author to Forbes’ Finance Council.

Kacey has a daughter, who is the joy of his life, and is happily married to his wife Kendall Anne.
