Micah Sartin

Micah is a passionate and driven business leader with a profound love for developing people and growing businesses. His journey in business started in high school when he started a welding business, igniting a life-long passion for business.

During his college years at Oklahoma State University, Micah started his professional career as a "cold caller" in the insurance industry. He quickly climbed the corporate ladder, achieving four promotions within two years. By the time he graduated,  Micah was serving as the Director of Sales for Farmers Insurance, earning accolades such as the prestigious "Presidents’ Council” Award and a spot in the "Farmers New World Life Hall of Fame."

In addition to his role in the insurance industry, he also served as the Vice President of Business Development for a conglomerate in Amarillo,TX. Leading a team of 40+ sales professionals, he facilitated services ranging from staffing, real estate, IT consulting, and private aviation. Micah's passion for international business flourished during this time when he spearheaded a successful team in Juarez, Mexico, driving 8 million dollars in organic growth within the first year.

Currently serving as the VP of Business Development at Westwin, Micah eagerly puts his boundless passion and work ethic behind this significant project. Beyond his professional life, Micah enjoys fly fishing, hunting, painting, and serving his local church as a Sunday school teacher.
