Ryan Jones

Ryan Jones brings extensive business experience to Westwin Elements with 30-years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, having started multiple businesses across a vast array of industries, including real-estate, trucking, an award-winning restaurant, software development, consulting, and a multi-million-dollar hedge fund.

Ryan started his first fintech business at the age of 21, and over the last 30-years, successfully navigated his businesses through wild swings in the economy, and constantly changing technology. Ryan has successfully adapted his businesses to not only survive, but thrive in the ever-changing business environments.

Ryan’s businesses have launched 4, complex, multi-million dollar software programs in the fintech industry, including a major trading platform (TradePartner) that is currently integrated with TD Ameritrade.

Ryan has several academic accomplishments in his career as well. At the age of 26, he was the youngest author to ever sign a book deal with John Wiley & Sons in the financial category, writing on the complex topic of compounding leveraged instruments, having created a proprietary mathematical formula designed to increase compounding efficiency while decreasing overall risk exposure. Using the mathematical formula he created and wrote about in the book, Ryan then set a world record in a popular investment contest, having achieved the fastest growth to 600% ever seen (it took 68-days).

Ryan uses the same analytical processes to effectively analyze any business opportunity, assess the risks, formulate a plan to mitigate those risks, and set a plan in motion to maximize and scale the success of the business.

In addition to his businesses, Ryan enjoys outdoor photography, is a life-long theology student having taught the Bible in various capacities for over 30-years, and above all, loves the Lord and gives Him all the credit for any successes ever achieved. He and his beautiful wife Tarah have been married for 33-years, have 5 wonderful grown children, and 12 beautiful grandchildren.
