Matt Hullander is a local business owner, entrepreneur, and real estate developer. Matt grew his primary business to become the largest remodeler in East Tennessee and a Top 50 remodeler in the country before selling the business in 2020. Matt then founded V2 Ventures and V2 Holdings that own commercial real estate projects in Tennessee, Alabama and Ohio. Matt was chosen as Businessman of the Year in Chattanooga by Cityscope Magazine. Replacement Contractor Magazine names Matt "Contractor of the Year". Matt's former company Hullco received several awards including the Chattanooga Chamber's "Small Business of the Year", The BBB's "Torch Award for Business Place Ethics" (twice), and Matt was included into Remodeling Magazine's "Big 50". Matt is a partner and board member with Scenic Land Company. Scenic Land Company is a real estate development in north Georgia called McLemore. Matt is president of B&M Development, a real estate development company in Chattanooga. Matt founded Orange Rhino Concrete Coatings Company. Orange Rhino launched in 2022 with headquarters in Chattanooga and plans to expand into 7 cities in the southeast offering residential concrete coatings. Matt is also partners in a restaurant, Thompson 105 in Scottsdale, AZ.
Matt and his wife Jenny started the Hullander Foundation several years ago raising money and support to several local charities through various yearly events.
Matt has set on several business and charity boards and currently sits on the board for First Horizon Bank. Matt has been a featured speaker at industry events and guest on several podcast including The Wealthy Contractor, The Level 10 Contractor and The Ed Employ Experience. Matt has been a member of several industry peer groups. He is known throughout the industry as a networker always willing to help others grow their business with a focus on profit and mindset. Matt also founded V2 Strategy, a consulting company. V2 is an aviation term meaning the speed at which the airplane will climb. Matt enjoys helping individuals and businesses reach their potential and climb.
Matt and his wife Jenny have a 17 year old daughter Reese who attends Baylor High School. They enjoy travel, gold, fly fishing and attend Calvary Chapel Church.
